Ways to Reduce Anxiety

  As shown in one of the previous posts in the video there was brief ways to assist in reducing Math Anxiety, but those few things work just as well for anxiety as well! For those who tend to struggle a bit with some things, that's perfectly fine and there are many ways for you to try and reduce that if you so please - though not every thing that is suggested down below will work for everyone.  Tips to Heal  - This is a guide with very common tips that tends to assist with those with anxiety. .These tend to help a large majority of people. However for those not as comfortable doing any of the ones that require you to speak up or these fail to work for you, then you can always engage in personal matters. Turning anything that's out in public into a private matter. Rather than speak to a person right away, you can write things down until you feel like you could speak to someone. Math in Technology

When people think about technology and math, they think that they work perfectly together. This is true most of the time because technology is done directly from math. Many studies have been done that shine a light to both sides of this. For example, this  article  is a study on students who had a math class that was done mostly with technology. Many of the students felt uneasy and felt like their learning was harder than having a straight lecture, mainly due to the usage of the new technology that they had to use without prior knowledge. They developed anxieties about the usage of this - and some other technologies - when it came to math.  While here in the study about all of the  Pros and Cons of Technology in Mathematics Teaching  from the teacher's sides of things rather than the students. Many people feel anxious about math and math tests, others just don't like it at all, while others think they are destined to be bad at math forever. However many of the above isn't always the case! Some students just tend to have what is called 'Math Anxiety'. Mental health in schools

 Mental health has a lot of ties to schools and school work, do you think mental health is negatively or positively affected by math? How has math affected you or in your mental health? Many people tend to freak out when they see very complicated problems like this one down below, it's at the point where a thing like 'Math Anxiety' exists and many people actually have it. However even the equation below can have a pretty simple answer if you take a moment to solve things step by step. Nothing is ever in vane, just like normal anxiety and many other negative things.
