Anxiety in Math Classes

Many people feel anxious about math and math tests, others just don't like it at all, while others think they are destined to be bad at math forever. However many of the above isn't always the case! Some students just tend to have what is called 'Math Anxiety'. This tends to be a serious thing that can actually cause many adverse effects for students in schools.
